General Terms and Conditions

Evim Makelaars works according to the conditions of Vastgoed Nederland. In an assignment for service provision, we record agreements on commission, term and activities in writing, so that you always know where you stand.

A valuation is free and non-binding. A fixed rate applies for a validated appraisal report, which we coordinate with you in advance.

Complaints about our services can be reported via info@evimmakelaars.nl. We will contact you within five working days.
